WARRANTY FOR MR. TONER CARTRIDGES:

The quality of Mr. Toner’s products is guaranteed with no faulty materials or manufacturing. The warranty encompasses all mechanical components, the quality of the print and the number of copies until the toner/ink runs out and during the next two recharges with toner/ink. We guarantee that no Mr. Toner product will not impair the performance of the printer or damage it in any way.

WARRANTY FOR REFFILING OF TONER CARTRIDGES:

For every toner cartridge we recharge, we guarantee that it will perform perfectly until the last copy and will not impair the performance of the printer or damage it in any way. The warranty encompasses all mechanical components, the quality of the print and the number of the copies. If any kind of a problem occurs, we guarantee an express repair free of charge or a return of the full amount paid.

WARRANTY VALIDATION:

In order to take advantage of the warranty service, please return the product to your supplier (accompanied by a written description of the problem and a printed copy). The products which are found to be defective (that is impossible to repair) will be replaced by your supplier or you will receive the full amount paid.

VIOLATED WARRANTY:

The warranty is invalid for products that are:
(a) recharged, remade or manipulated by third parties in any way
(b) damaged by improper storage or other actions that are not part of the instruction manual for correct use of the printer
