Mr.Toner service offers specialized printer service and repair programs designed to keep your printers in top operating condition — minimizing downtime and disruption. You should know that the transport taxes for any printer are 12lv. for A4 and 24lv. for A3 printers We accept printers for repair only on site in our service base or technician visits to your address.

You should know:

- On-site service is provided only for "minor" damage. All others are performed in our service base. You can get additional information on our phones.
- The fee for diagnostics and test is paid in advance and is deducted as an amount after the repair. In case of refused repair, the diagnostic and test fee is not refundable.
- If you do not have the opportunity to bring your printer to our service base, you can take advantage of the option to pick up and deliver from / to the customer's address for repair / diagnostics of the printer, kop. A machine, a multifunctional device, and in addition to the diagnostic and test fee, you will be charged additional and one-time transport costs in the amount of BGN 12.00 for A4 devices and BGN 24.00 for A3 devices.
