Return in Mr. Toner
You have the opportunity to return the goods purchased from us within 14 days, without good reason.
The goods you wish to return must not be damaged or used, and for products with disposable packaging - not printed.
The cost of return is at the expense of the customer.

What are the steps:
1. Fill in the return form from here
2. After we process your form, you will receive a bill of lading number with which to send the product to us.
3. Upon arrival of the goods back in our warehouse, our employee will inspect the returned goods.
4. If the returned product meets all the requirements for return, we will refund the purchase price through Easypay, transport costs will be deducted from price.
