Stop printing a configuration report permanently on some Xerox models



Many of our customers who own Xerox printers & nbsp; call us with the question - Can I somehow turn off the annoying and constant printing of a configuration report from my printer. Yes, indeed, this setting is enabled by default on newer Xerox printer models. In this post we will show you how to turn off this option in less than a minute. In this case we have an Xerox B205 printer.


1. Click the Machine Status button

2. Select System Setup from the menu and press OK

3. Then select Machine Setup and press OK

4. Then select Configuration Page & nbsp; and press OK

5. Change the asterisk ON to OFF & nbsp; and press OK

6. Finally, press the red Stop button.


Done! Your Xerox printer will no longer print the Configuration report permanently
